What will the outcome(s) for session participants?
What are examples where the collaborative work is occurring? What were the challenges and the leadership that was needed to get beyond the challenges/road blocks?
What parts of the pre-conference session will be interactive?

Think about how to further chunk up the pre-conference session and who will be responsible
Fleshing out how we will maximize engagement of the participants, what tools should be used, e.g, polling, we discussed brain honey and/or wiki
A date we can finalize the agenda so we can individually prepare
Assuming you will be arriving prior to March 5 - do you have 30 minutes to pre-game the evening of March 4?
And… what have we forgotten at this point ;-)
